Our favourite Disney Channel duo from our childhood days, Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas, prove they are still very good friends on a regular basis. Not only has he joined Miss Lovato on stage with his brother, Nick, but Joe has now sent the cutest birthday message to Demi from the stage of DNCE’s London G-A-Y gig on Saturday 20th August.
