Tom Felton stars in the new Netflix horror My Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting
Tom Felton, arguably one of the biggest names to come away from the Harry Potter franchise, is going to be returning to our screens as the lead of Netflix’s new horror movie ‘My Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting’.
Tom Felton, who we all know as the infamous Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter franchise, takes on the lead role in Netflix’s new horror movie. Based on the book by Joe Ballarini, this is set to be a hit on the streaming site.
The trailer for the movie dropped the other day. ‘My Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting’ also features stars such as Indya Moore and Oona Lawrence. “It’s a family movie of Halloween. We’re living in the zone in pretending to be both frightening and funny”, director, Rachel Talalay, told Future Shala, “It’s about a super-secret babysitter company that’s continuously defending kids from monsters.” The story tells of a babysitter whose child is captured by Tom Felton’s character.
Tom Felton is unrecognizable and unless you knew he was cast, you definitely wouldn’t know it was the young Harry Potter star. This Netflix film will be his most mainstream film since he was on the globally popular franchise. He plays the Grand Guignol and fans have been comparing his appearance to Harry Potter character, Sirius Black.
