The ‘Beauty and the Beast’ trailer is here, and it’s magical
We were recently treated to stills from the new ‘Beauty and the Beast‘ movie. If you thought those images were magical, wait until you see the first full-length trailer. Here’s your chance to see all the characters we know and love in full action.
Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, Lumière, and Plumette (played by Ian McKellen, Emma Thompson, Ewan McGregor and Gugu Mbatha-Raw) all star in this trailer for the first time. I have to admit, Disney hasn’t left me disappointed. To be honest, I can’t imagine it has left anyone disappointed.
It doesn’t look like they have done much tampering with this remake either, which I’m glad about. If it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it is what I say! Disney has clearly stuck to their guns. The library, the wolves, the rose and the music – just yas!
Staying to its original form, the instrumental of the classic track ‘Tale As Old As Time’ is played throughout. Although the film will include music from the original movie, it has been reported that there will be some new songs, too. Unfortunately, there is one thing missing from the trailer, and that’s singing. Perhaps this was done on purpose, I’m not sure? At least Disney still has us guessing on one thing.
It looks like we’ll have to wait until March 2017 to hear Emma Watson singing ‘Something There’. In the meantime, let’s revisit the original.
