Ed Sheeran to guest star in ‘Game of Thrones’ season 7
HUGE NEWS! The highly-anticipated seventh season of HBO’s ‘Game of Thrones’ is drawing ever closer. So what could make it that much more epic? Why, none other than everyone’s favourite man, Ed Sheeran.
Not only is his third album ‘Divide’ demolishing the charts, but he’s now booked himself a guest starring role on ‘Game of Thrones’ season 7. Is anybody else just as excited as I am? Great news to wake up to.
But how did all this come about? Apparently, the creators had been trying to land Ed Sheeran on the show for years now. Why? Because they wanted to surprise Maisie Williams (Arya), who is a huge fan, like us. SO JEALOUS. No other information about Sheeran’s role has been leaked, so I guess we’ll all just have to wait and see for ourselves. Will he be a White Walker? Or will he sing?
In other news, Weiss and Benioff confirmed that the final eighth season will be only six episodes long. I’m feeling a bunch of emotions. The end is coming.
‘Game of Thrones’ season 7 premieres on HBO on July 16, 2017. Are you ready?
