Legit guys, ‘Baywatch’ is one of my all-time favourite movies I’ve seen this year. After getting scared by ‘Annabelle: Creation‘, this was hands down the funniest thing I’ve witnessed. I didn’t think it’d be that good, but damn. I plot-twisted myself. Not only does it have some of my favourite movie stars in it, but it’s just a downright great film. It’s always great when a reboot is properly executed. I’m amazed. It’s rare.
So the film stars The Rock, Zac Efron, as well as my boyfriend’s sister, Alexandra Daddario. I’m just kidding about the boyfriend part… Matthew Daddario is the best human to exist ever. Moving on, there are also special cameo appearances from David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson. Because how can you not include these iconic stars in the reboot? You just have to.
If y’all have been living under a rock, ‘Baywatch’ is about a team of lifeguards who save lives. And who occasionally stumble upon a huge drug bust. Just a typical day at the beach, am I right?
So if you happened to miss out on the chance to see this spectacular film in cinemas, not to worry. It’ll be out on DVD and Blu-ray from September 25. Only a month away. Can you wait that long? It’ll be hard with Alexandra Daddario’s gorgeous blue eyes staring into your soul.
Plus. there are heaps of bonus features that I’m sure will have you dying of laughter. I need more bloopers to be honest. I can’t wait. September 25. Remember that date. Jot it down in your calendar and enjoy.
