‘Love Island’ finale: Nathan and Cara win and next season confirmed
‘Love Island’ has been quite an intense series, hasn’t it? Between the romance and Miss Britain mishap it has been top of the headlines for weeks. The winning couple were Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde, they’re lovely and £50,000 richer. The runners up for the show were Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland.

Nathan and Cara claimed over half the votes with 54% shipping them straight into first place. But it didn’t come without its complications – the major plot twist saw Cara being offered all of the prize money. She said no and said splitting the prize was the “easiest” choice.

Sad that it’s all over? Fear not as there is a spin off series ‘Love Island: Heading Home’ airing later on this month. The show will see the Islander’s back on their home turf and settling back into life after the show. It will also bring everyone face to face again, but will everyone still be loved up or will there be trouble in paradise?
‘Love Island’ has also been confirmed for another series, that will air in 2017.
