We’ve spent the best part of July drinking coffee, ordering pizza and re-watching the ‘Gilmore Girls’ on Netflix. We have relived all the emotions and now that a premiere date for the revival has been confirmed – we’ve been feeling very content, we can’t lie.

The new ‘Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life’ will consist of four 90-minute episodes, and each episode will act as an entire season of Lorelai and Rory’s lives. The story will start four months after the death of Richard, who was played by Edward Hermann (who sadly died irl in 2014). A new trailer for the show has emerged online and it’s as if nothing has changed. (Rejoice!) We see Stars Hollow for the first time since 2007 and Lorelai and Rory are sat exchanging banter over coffee and poptarts. 💕

The cast returning to the show include Lauren Graham (Lorelai Gilmore), Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore), Kelly Bishop (Emily Gilmore), Scott Patterson (Luke Danes), Melissa McCarthy (Sookie St. James), Yanic Truesdale (Michel Gerard), Liza Weil (Paris Geller), Keiko Agena (Lane Kim), Sean Gunn (Kirk Gleason), Jared Padalecki (Dean Forester), Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano) and Matt Czuchry (Logan Huntzberger).

‘Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life’ will air on Netflix on November 25.
