Pumpkin spice lattes, meet your perfect breakfast companion. General Mills has announced that they’re adding pumpkin spice-flavored Cheerios to their cereal lineup, and although they were originally due to come out in September, they’re hitting grocery store shelves right now.

According to Bloomberg, General Mills is looking to replicate some of Starbuck’s seasonal success with the new flavor to compensate for Cheerios overall “sluggish sales.” Cheerios already come in a whopping 16 flavors, including Original, Honey Nut, Multi Grain, Frosted, Apple Cinnamon, and Fruity, just to name a few. They’ve also recently gone gluten free to try and compensate for customers with dietary restrictions.
In the rapidly approaching season of “pumpkin spice everything,” better add this new addition to your pantry stat.
