Taylor Swift has reached another milestone in her career with the release of her new record Red (Taylor’s Version), as it’s become the singer’s tenth number one album.

In its first week, Red (Taylor’s Version) debuted at No.1 in the U.S. and marked the occasion by achieving the highest first-week sales of any female artist in 2021. Reaching the top of both the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 charts, Taylor was the first artist ever to achieve such heights and has now become the only artist to do so for the third time.

But the success of Red (Taylor’s Version) doesn’t end there as Taylor’s new version of “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)” has debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it the longest song to enter and reach such a position surpassing Don McLean’s 1971 song “American Pie”.

Plus, with over 30 tracks featured on Red (Taylor’s Version), 26 of them have also entered the Billboard Hot 100.

On Spotify, Red (Taylor’s Version) surpassed the music streaming platform’s biggest opening day of all-time for a female artist with over 90 million streams, surpassing a record that the singer had previously held before. The new album also saw Taylor reach over 300 million streams, becoming the largest streaming week for an album by a female artist in 2021.

Taylor also broke country music records with Red (Taylor’s Version) as the album had the biggest streaming week for a country album. “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)” also smashed records as the song reached the No. 1 spot on the Hot Country Songs chart.

But the success of Red (Taylor’s Version) doesn’t stop there, as the album also debuted at No. 1 in other parts of the world. The album topped the charts in the UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and many more places.

As Taylor continues to shatter records — even her own — there’s no doubt in our minds that this success will continue with the next albums she’ll rerecord, and we cannot wait to see her smash the charts over and over again.
