The release of Mark Tuan’s first full album, the other side, will be accompanied by the release of the music video for the song ‘far away’.
Mark has announced the release of the official music video for the single ‘far away’ with four teaser images. The teaser images have a “Before trilogy” and romantic indie movies flair; in the images, we can see fragments of the couple’s daily life and can suppose we will see the couple’s story arc in the official video.

The official video for ‘far away’ is set to be released on Friday, August 26 at 12am ET. On the same day Mark Tuan’s first solo album, the other side, will be released.

Mark Tuan has started to bring his fans to the other side by sharing the concept film for his debut solo studio album, the other side.
The 44-second black and white video sets the tone for the visuals of the other side. In the concept film, we see a pensive and gloomy Mark posing on set and walking down empty streets.
the other side is Mark Tuan’s solo debut album, which is set to be released globally on August 26. Fans can pre-order the physical album and pre-save the digital version on all major streaming platforms.
The announcement of Mark’s long-awaited debut solo album came a few days after releasing his latest single, ‘imysm’.
the other side consists of 20 songs, including ‘imysm’ and the pre-released singles ‘lonely’, ‘my life’, ‘save me’ and ‘last breath’. Mark started to focus more on his already successful solo career with the release of ‘last breath’ in November 2021, followed by ‘my life’ in January 2022, ‘lonely’ in March, ‘save me’ in April and ‘imysm’ in July.

While cementing his solo career release after release and asserting his international popularity by featuring in stunning pictorials for various magazines such as Vogue Thailand, Esquire Singapore, ELLE Thailand, Singles Korea and FLAUNT Magazine, Mark managed to held sold-out fan meets in Bangkok and Thailand, join GOT7 to record and release their new self-titled EP and be on the stage with the members for a 2-day sold-out fan meeting in Seoul.
Mark has also announced that he will bring the other side on tour in North America later this year.

the other side North American tour will see Mark perform in 15 cities across the United States and Canada. The tour will kick off on October 3 in San Antonio and end in Los Angeles on November 7. Currently, the dates in New York (October 17), San Francisco (November 3) and Los Angeles (November 6) are sold out.
