Justin Bieber recently started the European leg of his Purpose Tour, and I cannot explain how excited I am. With only 34 days left until I see him in Manchester, the countdown is well and truly on.
After forking out approx £70 on the ticket alone (don’t care because I’m a massive Belieber), I’m starting to feel the pinch. Not only that, but there’s one slight problem – I don’t live anywhere near the venue. In fact, it’s a 4 hour drive from where I live.
Yes, there are closer venues, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to make those dates. So anyway, not only have I had to spent money on the ticket, I’ve also needed to get a hotel for the night. It all adds up!
Whenever I go to a concert I like to kit myself out in some merch (who doesnt love a bit of merch?). The only problem is, it’s so bloody expensive. Turns out, though, you dont have to spend a fortune. I’ve found some great Bieber bargains for everyone, because I’m generous like that.
US fans I’ve got you covered too. I know the tour is over for you guys but Bieber-related clothing is okay to wear all year round, am I right?
UK Fans
Phone case – £9.95
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged, and take a portable charger with you to the concert. If you’re anything like me, you’ll be taking loads of photos and videos. Don’t leave your phone out on the merch action. When you’re waving your phone around to one of his ballads (with the compulsory torch app), you’ll be the envy of those around you.
T-shirt – £13.99
This is the t-shirt I’ve bought, and it’s so comfortable; I’d definitely recommend it. I love the fact it’s got the album artwork on the front too. I’m sure there’ll be similar shirts sold at the concert for twice the price, but ‘Sorry’ Biebs, I’m broke!
Snapback – £12.82
While we’re on the subject of being sorry, how apt is this? Originally priced at £26.42, this hat would go nicely with the black tee. Displaying the track name on the front, us Beliebers obviously understand the reference. Others may think you’re being publicly and overly apologetic about something. Either way, I love it!
Hoodie – £18.99
This hoody looks super comfy and a steal at under 20 quid! Hoodies and jumpers at concerts are at least £50 so you’ll be saving the pennies with this one. The hoodie on the JB merch site is up at £92. Biebs, sort it out, I can’t afford that type of money on a sweater. Although it’ll be too warm to wear inside the concert, it’ll be perfect to throw on over the t-shirt when you get outside in the cold.
U.S Fans
Purpose Pillow – $8.59
The Purpose tour may seem like ages ago and you’re bound to be getting post tour blues. I reckon you need this pillow to lie on and remember your fave moments from the tour, get reminiscing and reliving those memories.
Muscle Tee – $19.99
Originally marked up at $34, this muscle tee is a bargain. It’s also the cheapest item I could find on the Urban Outfitters site. I haven’t seen this photo of JB before either, and damn he’s looking mighty fine as usual.
Crewneck tank top – $17.90
Although it’s similar to the find at Urban Outfitters, you’ve also got this option from Forever21, and it’s cheaper too!
So there you have it, just a few examples of the Bieber merch out there. If you buy any of these items let me know. Or better still, share your Bieber bargains with me. I could do with getting my hands on some extra stuff before Oct 21st. Cheers !
