Few weeks after releasing ‘Bigger Than Me’, the lead single from his highly anticipated sophomore album Faith In The Future – out on November 11th. Pre-order it here if you haven’t yet! – Louis Tomlinson is back with the second single from the record: the gritty industrial rock tune ‘Out Of My System’.

Talking about it being inspired especially by Arctic Monkeys, Tomlinson said “I went in and said, ‘Let’s try to write a song that is as punk as I can get away with’. It is a pulsating, punk-tinged song.” That’s hot, sir.
In ‘Out of My System,’ Tommo sings about wanting to make the most out of life, not to waste any more time, to leave his demons behind and to – FINALLY – express his full potential that he hasn’t reached yet. He has Faith In The Future, doesn’t he?
Demons, I’m takin’ all of my demons
Putting them where I won’t see them
‘Cause I just wanna feel alive
Replying to fans on Twitter after announcing the song’s release, Louis said that he picked it as a single because it is one of his favourites on the album and a good example of his growth musically and as usual, we can’t do anything but agree.
The sound, the instruments, the production, the lyrics…everything screams Louis Tomlinson and shows how far he’s come as a singer, a song writer, an all-round artist.
Of course, our favourite Donny boy didn’t miss the chance to come online and thank his Louies for their support.
Your support has been amazing so far on Out of My system. Can’t wait to play it live!

We were also blessed with Out Of My System music video: 2 minutes and 19 seconds – only, because all good things never last for long – of Louis and his band smashing it and solidifying the indie punk rock vibe Faith In The Future is gonna have. Also, of him making out with the mic, but let’s not focus on that too much.
Tomlinson’s also said multiple times that he can’t wait to perform this track – among others – live so what better occasion than trying to end his whole fandom dropping new tour dates as well? I guess he really did mean it when he wrote “Slowly, I never wanna go slowly, I only wanna go faster” after all!
Barely a month after ending his sold-out first solo world tour, Louis announced that he will get on the road again: from August to November 2023, he will embark on the European leg of his second tour, that will see him perform in arenas in so many countries, ending in his beloved UK that, among other amazing venues, will welcome him at The O2 in London. *cries in proud Louie*
Tickets pre-sale is gonna be available from 9am BST on 19th October, while the general sale will follow from 9am BST on 21st October. For more information about venues, dates and how to access the pre-sale check out Louis’ website.
