Little Mix have released their first single as a trio, four months after Jesy announced her departure from the group. ‘Confetti’ ft. Saweetie is a reworked version of the track from their album of the same name.
It was unveiled alongside a music video which sees the group transform into drag kings. Donning fake beards, the girls exhibit a side to them we’ve never seen before as they embrace their male alter egos.
Naming themselves ‘Pez’, ‘Lenny’ and ‘J-Dog’, what ensues can only be described as a cinematic masterpiece. On top of the fire dance moves, a particularly iconic scene sees the ‘lads’ engage in some typical British banter whilst weeing at a nightclub urinal.
The video also features cameos from Drag Race UK breakout stars A’Whora, Bimini and Tayce. At one point, Perrie (or rather Pez) accidentally bumps into Tayce and A’Whora, causing them to spill their drinks.
Fans of the show are then treated with hearing the pair quote the iconic catchphrase “The cheek, the nerve, the gall, the audacity and the gumption!”
