Meet Lake Komo: The U.K. band singing about a U.S. city
A brand new band have just burst out of Manchester, U.K. and their guaranteed to be one of your new favourites.
The four-piece band have recently unveiled their new track ‘Milwaukee’, one of the first the band ever wrote together. ‘Milwaukee’ tells of a break-up experiences by the band’s frontman Jay Nudd during a university summer breaks and tells of the emotional trials and tribulations that followed the heartache.
And the track’s not just about an American trip, the music video sees the band return to their journey of discovery across America.
Jay tells: “We wanted a video that would mirror the sentiment of the song whilst giving the viewer a real sense of discovery and wonder, and a road trip up the Californian coast gave us the perfect opportunity to do that. The warmth and positivity of the American people we met along the way acted as the perfect accompaniment to a song which mainly looks at self-discovery, realisation and the excitement of things to come.”
