OMYO, are the Oxford-based pop duo who you might recognise from the New Look AW television campaign last year. They premiered their latest song, ‘Days With You’ with Clash last month and have been recognised by the likes of Charlie Sloth from Radio 1 Extra, as well as being strong contenders for BBC Introducing’s Hot Pick for 2017.
Following on from their first singles ‘Roam’ and ‘Lady’, their ‘infectious acoustic and synth-inspired urban-pop’ is taking hold of the UK Festival Circuit by a storm, after their debut performance at Wireless Festival and dates with the likes of Soul II Soul and Jocelyn Brown.
Their new single ‘Days With You’ marks another step up for the band as a mature slice of shimmering pop. The beautiful video (which has over 100,000 views already!) follows OMYO across New York City, and director David-Jan Bronsgeest has managed to capture a perfect setting and mood for this catchy, yet heartfelt tune.
Keep an eye out for these boys and their next single ‘Mysterious Girl’, which is already being used as the soundtrack for the Accessorize SS17 Campaign, which you can get a sneak peek of below.
