Kat Von D is launching her make up brand in the UK! Find out the bestselling products you need to lay your hands on

Tattoo artist, model and entrepreneur, Kat Von D, is bringing her famous ‘Kat Von D Beauty’ to the UK. Kat created the range back in 2008 after Sephora asked her to create a line. Fast forward to today and the beauty brand is on a whole other level – and finally landing in the UK, which will be exclusive to Debenhams.

In celebration of this fantastic beauty news, I’ve listed the top five best-selling products from Miss D’s range.

1. Tattoo Liner

I mean, is it any surprise that a tattoo inspired product is in the top five? The innovative brush-tipped liquid liner creates a high-pigmented and precise liner and possibly the first product I’ll be reaching for from the line. $20/£16

2. Shade + Light Eye Contour Quad

This gorgeous compact comes in four colour themes – ‘rust’, ‘sage’, ‘plum’ and ‘smoke’ – and is a staple for any makeup bag. You can create your perfect look using just the four shades and is super travel-friendly. They also come with a handy ‘how-to’ guide illustrated by Kat herself so you can lift, define, widen and narrow eyes with colour.  $26/£21

3. Everlasting Liquid Lipstick

As we all know, liquid lipsticks are all the rage – and personally one of my favourite makeup trends in existence – so, of course, this was going to be something in the top five best sellers, right? With 30 shades in to choose from, there’s something for everyone including natural shades right to bold and deep colours. $20/£16

4. Shade + Light Contour Palette

This contour palette is designed to create depth and dimension when contouring. They’re of a silky powder consistency making it easily buildable which blend with no effort needed. $46/£36

5. Studded Kiss Lipstick

This beauty of a product has 39 shades and three different finishes – matte, shimmer and metallic – and definitely makes a statement when in use. The fact that it’s easy to apply and long lasting are both definite pros and it’ll soon become a makeup junkie’s best friend. $21/£16

Kat herself has announced that in celebration of the beauty range landing in the UK, she’ll be hosting a meet and greet in Oxford Street Debenhams on 8th October.

LONDON! In celebration of @katvondbeauty finally launching in the UK and Ireland, I’ll be doing a meet-n-greet October 8, at @Debenhams on Oxford Street! For those who have left comments/concerns on my Facebook regarding this event – please understand this: I WANT TO MEET EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU. In order to do that, @debenhams has been great enough to put together a wristband system which will make wristbands available come Oct. 5. But for all my outta town homies who are planning on arriving the day of the meet-n-greet, DON’T WORRY!! As long as you arrive before noon, you’ll be able to get a wristband and I’ll be able to meet you! So, get those hugs ready!!!

Wristbands are available in store from 5th October, but if you arrive before 12pm on the day, it is said you will still be guaranteed a wristband to meet Kat.
