Set in the 1960s, Baby Love brings readers back to the time when sex education for young girls was pretty non-existent and many girls got pressured to give up their babies when they fell pregnant outside of wedlock.

The story follows Laura as she gets sent away to a Mother and Baby Home to give her baby up for adoption. There, she meets other girls who have been sent away by their families and they become a family for each other.
