Two weeks ago we announced the release of One Republic’s video for single ‘Kids’ and now we finally have a date for their upcoming album.
‘Oh My My’ will be released on October 7th but if you pre-order now on US iTunes or UK iTunes, you’ll instantly get three tracks from the album, ‘Kids’, ‘Wherever I Go’ and ‘Future Looks Good’.
What makes this album different from the others?
It’s been three years since the release of their last album ‘Native’, which reached Number One in 54 countries (yeah we mentioned this before but it’s worth bragging about). Not only are we expecting fresh 1R sounds this album also includes high profile collaborations.
The collaborations will include Santigold, Peter Gabriel and Cassius. This will be the first time we’ve heard the band collaborate with other artists, and we can’t wait to hear them.
Upcoming performances
The One Republic lads are due to perform ‘Kids’ on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, September 12th. They’ve already been confirmed to perform at the Apple Music Festival in London on September 21st followed by the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Vegas on September 23rd.
