Benedict Cumberbatch plays the lead man in the new trailer for Marvel’s ‘Doctor Strange’
Marvel have released the trailer and poster for their upcoming film ‘Doctor Strange’. It’s based on the original comic book hero that was created in 1963. The face behind ‘Sherlock’ Benedict Cumberbatch will take the lead role as Doctor Strange.
‘Doctor Strange’ tells the story of a talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange. He gets caught up in a life changing car accident, that leaves him discovering a new alternate reality. He has to quickly leave his ego behind in New York City, and learn to act as a mediator between the two worlds.
Starring alongside Cumberbatch includes Rachel McAdams (‘Mean Girls’, ‘Midnight In Paris’), Benedict Wong (‘The Martain’, ‘Prometheus’) , Mads Mikkelsen (‘Casino Royale’, ‘King Arthur’), Tilda Swinton (‘The Chronicles of Narnia’, ‘Adaption’) Scott Adkins (‘Expendables 2’, ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’) and Chiwetel Ejiofor (’12 Years a Slave’, ‘Children of Men’).
‘Doctor Strange’ will be released in UK cinemas on October 28, 2016.
