I have an Australian friend and she’s recently introduced me to the absolutely marvellous creation that is Fairy Bread. Never heard of it? I hadn’t either. Intrigued? You should be. It’s surprisingly easy to make and even more surprisingly tasty. Here’s how to make it in three easy steps.
1. Take a slice of white bread and butter it.
2. Cover your buttered slice of bread with hundreds and thousands (or sprinkles, depending on which part of the world you’re from).
3. Cut your slice of bread into four triangles and enjoy your new favourite colourful and crunchy snack.
