Jonah Marais is booked and busy. For months, since The Young And Optimistic tour ended, he has been saying on his socials that he is working on new projects and has surprises in store for 2025. Now, one month into the new year, fans finally know what a few of those announcements are.
At the end of January, Jonah announced an exciting eight-night return to the UK and Ireland. The tour kicks off on April 22 in Dublin, Ireland, and concludes on May 2nd in Amsterdam, Netherlands. These performances will take place in more intimate, smaller venues, making this his second solo tour and offering fans a closer, more personal concert experience.
But that’s not all—Jonah will also be performing in the U.S. Starting May 6, he’ll join the pop band Nightly for the American leg of their tour, playing in just 10 cities.
On Instagram, Jonah shared that the highlight of touring is meeting his fans—hearing how his music has inspired them and how they’ve formed connections through his work. Understanding that not everyone can afford VIP packages, he’s made a heartfelt promise to meet as many fans as possible, whether after the show or while they are waiting in line.
Currently, he is doing a radio interview and intimate tour on the west coast. In one of his recent radio show interviews he announced that his second EP is coming this spring. From what he’s been posting on his Instagram stories, we can tell that he has been in the studio a lot lately. He is ready for this new chapter full of music. Tickets are available here for both his Europe and American shows here.
