The five members of the rising K-Pop group Dear Alice—James, Dexter, Olly, Reese, and Blaise—are quickly becoming the new obsession for Directioners worldwide. Their journey is being spotlighted on BBC One’s new reality TV show, Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience, produced in collaboration with SM Entertainment, one of South Korea’s leading artist agencies. International fans are already hailing them as the next big sensation, drawing comparisons to One Direction, In Real Life, and BTS.

The 6-part series, created by the creators of NCT and RIIZE, offers something unique to the music and entertainment industry. It follows five British boys training to become K-pop stars in 100 days, with challenges in singing, dancing, press interviews, outfit inspiration, and photoshoots. Think of it as a different British contrast to the Pop Star Academy on Netflix featuring KATSEYE and the reality TV Show Boy Band.
